TTR Offers:

Accessible housing with amenities designed to optimize community integration and foster neurodiverse relationships

Culture of inclusion and support with accessible community gathering spaces and intermittent enrichment activities and classes

24/7 on-site staffing 

Walking distance to the RTD Light Rail, as well as designated pick-up/drop-off spots for transportation

Shared buildings and spaces that offer residents a place to share meals, connect, and build community

The Community Barn and coffee shop where TTR and the public can work, host events and hang out

TTR Does Not Offer:

Long Term Support Services funded by Medicaid, as we are not a service provider (PASA). Residents can choose any service provider to support their needs and preferences

Management of individual's schedules. All planned activities and life skill classes are voluntary and intermittent as a neuroinclusive housing amenity

Direct support for activities of daily living. Residents must hire their own agency-based or self-directed support staff as needed

Dining services or a meal plan are not offered by TTR. Residents will be encouraged to host social gatherings and plan dinners together

Individual scheduling or management of transportation. TTR will help you understand your options, and the concierge can be there for extra support and technical assistance

Day programming or vocational rehabilitation services will not be offered by TTR. You can use our spaces for job training, or for potential social enterprise
